Try your own state first.
October 28, 2009
I get kind of tired of the Yankee bullshit heaped on the state that I am currently living in. I have lived in Indiana, Kentucky, Alabama, North and South Carolina. I am currently living in South Carolina and for the past few months this state has taken some pretty nasty shots from residents of other states on a few issues. Our governor has taken some hard hits basically because he got caught with his pants down, fair enough he cheated on his wife. A lot of the garbage throwers seem to forget their favorite Bill (BJ) Clinton didn’t even bother leave the office and then turned around and lied his ass off about it on national television. No matter what his political career is in the crapper since he is a republican. One of his fellow republicans wants to impeach him for leaving the state for five days with no one looking after the place. Unlike this state senator I have read the state constitution and its very clear about who is in charge in the absence of the governor. So that brings up a question, I wonder how many people have actually read their own states constitution? I would tend to believe a vast majority thinks each states constitution is a mirror of the United States Constituion, which they probably haven’t read either. I have read South Carolina’s and it is full of surprises, such as the governor must profess a belief in a supreme being, how about them apples. Trying reading yours.
