Dead Mex

I expect to see more of this. Beating a person to death, just because he is an immigrant beyond despicable. There are a lot of guilty parties in this other than the punks that actually did the beating. Primary among these is the US Government for failing to protect our borders and enforce the law. The story doesn’t indicate if Luis was legal or not but the uncontrolled flood of Illegal’s has thrown him into the same pool. The officials refused to call this racial but it was and it is plain to see. When a community is on its ass, partially because of illegal’s and labor exported the difference between legal and illegal dissolves. As more crimes are committed by illegal’s the rest of the Hispanic community will be throw into the pot. You can blame this on white youth’s but the truth is the black community and the Hispanic community are already at war. Illegal’s are easy targets for black thugs and gangster’s, the don’t use banks, always carry cash and won’t report because of fear of deportation. The only response from the Hispanic community is to bring its own thugs in for reprisals. The war is spreading and the police know it but are too afraid to admit it. The Hispanic community needs to do what the black community has been unable to do and police its own. The government by failing to enforce laws on immigration has a great responsibility in creating this situation. The laws not only protect the people of this country but in a strange way by barring entrance to illegal’s protects them from crime in this country. Luis would be just as dead in Mexico but we wouldn’t have four new criminals in the US to deal with.

Texas bound,, damn it

I have tried to avoid doing a lot of traveling in this job. I hate air travel and I am sick of living out of a suitcase or bag from my military days. Well the head cheese’s from the Corporate puzzle palace are in a tizzy and I have been selected to de-tizzy these fucking morons. So next week my fluffy ass will be in the great state of Texas. Texas is wonderful place for texan’s but I ain’t a fucking cowboy or a wanna be cowboy and the only state I hate more is Califagnia or maybe New York. So off to Ft. Worth I will be going, damn I hate cowboy hats and every asshole in that state has two.

Damn I thought I was a girlie man

I am 25% Metrosexual.
Not Too Metrosexual, Sugar!

I may own more than two pair of dress shoes, and maybe a designer suit, but I don’t mind going to the grocery store in sweats. And I may even go a day or two without a shower.

Lost in my own country

I wasn’t around during WWII, but I have read and heard of the sacrifices the people of this country made to fight that war. Can you image the hell that would be raised if the government demanded half the sacrifices that those people made to fight the Muslim terrorist of this world? There are not many left from that generation and I am not just talking about the military. They won the war but didn’t pass on to following generations the resolve and self sacrifice to complete what they set out to do. I think it was more to try to shield the generations from the horror’s that they had to face and overcome. Maybe they thought that just the example of what they had done would be enough. Sadly it wasn’t. We went from a nation of protectors to a nation of excuse makers and people who are willing to let the other fellow take care of the problem. We took the easy way out and developed a professional standing Army instead of demanding that everyone pay their way and closing the loop holes in the draft. We stopped taking responsibility and started paying people to make excuses and decisions for us. Its much easier that way because we aren’t to blame. My father died over 20 years ago, he was a veteran of WWII, he once told me that he no longer felt part of this country. I didn’t understand what he meant back then, today I do.

Feeling sorry for Howard Dean

We might be very well watching the end of the Democratic Party. I am seeing signs that the party officials are realizing that they have lost control. The presumed candidate has taken away their power and they are beginning to become unhappy. Howard Dean’s days are numbered as are some of the other party heads. Obama the all powerful has made a shambles of the planned and controlled coronation of the candidate. It reminds me a lot of the Kennedy days, great speeches with a lot of “ we can be better than this “ theme. They are just now realizing that any hopes they have had of controlling this man have long since vanished. They are stuck; to talk down Obama now within the party will not be permitted. The stark truth that the Democratic party has controlled congress for over two years and is struck spinning its wheels in an empty effort to do anything. Pelosi and Reed might stay but they will become rubber stamps to any Obama plan if he is elected. The Clinton’s will become a side note in history as the last Democrat to hold the office before the Obama disaster. The big question still unanswered is who is truly behind the Obama movement? Who will be the VP candidate, and who has King Obama designated to take over the key positions within the White House. I am beginning to believe that choice for VP in both parties is going to be much more important to this nation than the current choice’s running for President. The rest of Obama’s plans for his cabinet should be made public along with McCain’s. I don’t expect this to happen since it would tip Obama’s plan and place a spotlight on him that was not exactly the image he is cultivating with the media.

Yeah dumbass we broke it no one else

Is our education system broken and if so who broke it? The common target for the vast majority of complainers about education is teachers. Teaching is an occupation, teachers have boss’s, we call these principals and in the vast majority of systems there is layer above that is administrative in nature. The administrators to include principals don’t teach a damn thing, they make up rules and enforce policy given to them by their boss’s. Most states have a school board’s which rule at the county level or higher. This article reveals a lot of truth about school boards. Some states have a state level board and that is the case in SC, this board is political in nature and is not elected but appointed. The State Board of Education is the body responsible for public elementary and secondary education in South Carolina. The Board consists of 17 members, one appointed from each of the state’s 16 judicial circuits by the legislative delegations representing the various circuits, and a 17th member appointed by the governor. Members are appointed for four-year terms. This is where policy starts, these are the people who are really in charge of education and tax dollars that support education. These people are not elected, they are appointed. Personally I see a problem, these people are not responsible to the voters and the will of the community. The legislature has take education away from the people and their desires and built a system that doesn’t answer to anyone. I don’t know how other states operate but I am willing to bet more than a few have the same system. So as you can see at least here in SC the teachers are at the bottom of the totem pole. If your unhappy with education in your state at least figure out who makes the real decisions before throwing rocks at teachers. Local boards have some power but they are strapped to a budget dictated by a higher authority and personal vendetta’s and opinions that have nothing to do with education. If a member of your local board is constantly bitching about taxes then he or she is only looking at one part of a complicated issue. Do some investigations and find out who or what really makes decisions and do something about it. Whining and bitching on a blog or home schooling your children is avoiding responsibility. If education is broken, we the voters broke it. The only people that can or will fix it is the voters.

Hot kisses in a foxhole

Gays in the military has jumped up again. I am not sure who is actually pushing this issue but I smell a purely political move. Let’s cut to the chase, there have always been gays in the military and there will always be gays in the military. I will actually give Bill Clinton a well done on the “don’t tell don’t ask” policy. I had gays and lesbians in every unit I served with and it was never really a problem. We all looked away and ignored it unless it became a work issue. The problem isn’t sexual orientation it’s about perception. Being gay is different from being a flaming gay, which is a problem. Uniformity and standardization is a way of life in the military, being creative is encouraged but being unconventional is not. In the military you can be brought up on charges for having an affair, let General Motors try this shit and see what happens. There is a standard of conduct required in the military that is far and above most required in civilian life. There is no such thing in the military as being off duty as in civilian life. If you’re a flaming dick sucker working for Walmart and you get arrest for blowing someone on a street corner no mention is made of your employer in the papers. If you do the same thing in the Military you will be identified as a military member. No matter what the main stream media might want to say, the majority of this country thinks being gay or lesbian is not normal. The people of California the home of gay pride even voted against gay marriage and it took a liberal court to overrule the desires of the people. I really don’t give a shit one way or the other. In my opinion if a person is so far gone on being gay that it overrides common sense then the military is definitely not the place for them. Joining the military takes away some rights that everyone else in the United States enjoys. Being an individual that is outside what is considered normal is one of those. It is not a matter of fear or prejudice it is a matter of conduct.

A bitch by any other name is still a bitch

This is one story that makes me laugh my ass off. The below was an extract from the daily rag. The really good part is that Ravenel’s son was the state treasurer and was busted for cocaine. The other good part is that the former Superintendent was black, and the only reason anyone can think she was hired was because she was black. To go a little further within six months of hiring the former Superintendent she was found to be knocked up and not married. The community raised a little hell about her but the black community stood behind her and blew off the minor problem with morals and setting an example. She managed to lower already miserable test scores, turned the schools over to thugs and fired teachers who were assaulted by black students who dared to complain. The courts awarded the two teachers a few million but the precedent had been set.
Ravenel is a good ole boy who believes you just have to call a spade a spade and a bitch a bitch.

The Charleston County School District failed to pass a new policy that would have penalized members for being foul-mouthed grumpy old men.
Last month, The Post and Courier broke a story about board member Arthur Ravenel threatening the job of Superintendent Nancy McGinley and claiming that he’d “gotten rid of one bitch (former Superintendent Maria Goodloe-Johnson)” and he’d get rid of another.
The board claimed to have addressed the issue behind closed doors, but the community outcry after Ravenel’s comments were revealed led to a proposed policy change that called for civility in discussing district matters, with penalties including a public reprimand and potential removal from office.
In a now typical 4-4 split, the board could not pass the new rules and they’ll be sent back to committee for consideration. Board Vice Chairwoman Nancy Cook voted against the measure because she said she didn’t feel like her brothers keeper.
“I can’t imagine any board initiating removal from office,” she said. “That’s for voters to decide.”
Ravenel, who also voted against the new rules, continued to defend his actions.
“This is political, feel good stuff,” he said. “I think it’s a little silly.”

Law and Justice

I was reading the news this morning and a few things caught my attention.
Kid Rock gets 6 hours of anger management after being convicted in a Waffle House brawl. Ok, he gets what he deserves or did he? Let me think about this. This is what more than likely happened, it won’t match the police report but reality and cops are never to be confused. After a concert Kid Rock and his band go to Waffle house ( not a bright choice I will admit). Its late, the drunks are at Waffle house, don’t believe me go to a Waffle house at 1 am. One smart mouth punk drunk on his ass makes some stupid remarks. The band ignores him until he starts getting in peoples faces, of course his equally drunk buddies are pushing the issue. You can figure out what happens from here, drunk gets mouthy starts some shit , needs his ass kicked bad. Someone kicks his ass. Drunk now turns into whiney little shit and starts crying, cops arrive. Cops have had to deal with this semi bully whiney little spoiled shit before but he sees an opportunity to make some money. He files charges with dreams of big bucks, cops chase down tour bus and arrest Kid Rock and crew. DA has a chance at glory, and instead of throwing the case out he decides to push the issue. The cost of being famous bites Kid Rock in the ass. So now he has anger management issues officially based on some punk ass judge and some civil servant who just happens to teach the anger management class. Bottom line that is law, justice would have been for the cops to pull up beat the shit out of the trouble maker and throw his ass in jail. Old style justice would have seen the asshole with bullet holes and in the funeral home where he couldn’t cause anyone more grief. So if you want to find out what life is really like , go to a Waffle house at 2am on a Friday night, set in the back away from the hookers and wait. Sooner or later someone will start some shit and get his ass handed to him, his buddies will take what is left of him home and he won’t do that shit again. The cops will never show up.

Obama, is a false God,, ooops this ain’t Stargate

Well Obama is out trying to look presidential. Cruising the battlefield well not exactly but it is a photo op. He has almost admitted that the surge worked but says he would still vote against it. Now that is some leadership, he gets proof that that he was wrong but doesn’t have the guts to admit it.
